Comparable Sales

The best way to check for comparability of the assessment of your property is to look for sales of properties like yours. We have included a sales file of each neighborhood in Sioux City. It is best to stay within your neighborhood if possible.

If you are unsure what neighborhood you are in, you can pull your parcel up in Beacon and look at the map. In the legend on the left, confirm the Sioux City Residential Neighborhoods layer is selected. It will color and label all of our neighborhoods for Residential properties. You will likely have to zoom in to see colors and labels.
