As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on FEBRUARY 20, 2017 in favor of FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION ("FANNIE MAE"), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and against STEVE M GOERGEN AKA STEVEN M GOERGEN, JOAN M GOERGEN, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF CVI LOAN TRUST I, HAWKEYE ADJUSTMENT SERVICE AND MIDLAND FUNDING LLC IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on FEBRUARY 21, 2019.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

COMMON ADDRESS:  118 S LEONARD ST, SIOUX CITY, IOWA

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on APRIL 24, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
