LEGAL DESCRIPTION: THE WEST ONE HUNDRED FEET (W 100') OF LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) AND THE WEST ONE HUNDRED FEET (W 100') OF THE SOUTH TEN FEET (S 10') OF LOT THIRTEEN (13), ALL IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE (131), PEIRCE'S ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA; AND THAT PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF VACATED 37TH STREET, ABUTTING THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE (131), PEIRCE'S ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on APRIL 25, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
