How do items get on the Board's agenda?

Use the attached form to request an Agenda item.  This will need to be submitted to the Board Administration Office kjames@sioux-city.org and hsatterwhite@sioux-city.org  or mailed to:  Woodbury County Board of Supervisors; 620 Douglas St., Room 104; Sioux City, IA  51101.  This will be given to the Chairperson for review.

Board Meetings are held every Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.  The request to be on the Agenda will need to be in the office by Thursday at 10 a.m., prior to the Tuesday Board meeting.
