As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on MAY 19TH, 2021 in favor of PHH MORTGAGE GROUP and against VIRGINIA ASBURY; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS WITH AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY OF SARAH R. STURGES, DECEASED; STATE OF IOWA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF SARAH R. STURGES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY VIRGINIA ASBURY; PARTIES IN POSSESSION, ET AL IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on MAY 26, 2021.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on AUGUST 3, 2021, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
