As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on DECEMBER 7 2022 in favor of WELLS FARGO BANK N.A. and against JOSHUA SOLMA IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on MARCH 9 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MAY 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
