As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on OCTOBER 14 2023 in favor of IDAHO HOUSING AND FINANCE ASSOCIATION and against RANDI S. CLAUSE A/K/A RANDI CLAUSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF RANDI S. CLAUSE; PARTIES IN POSSESSION, ET AL IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on MAY 8 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on JULY 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
