As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on DECEMBER 21 2022 in favor of U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,  and against GINGER R. STROMAN, F/K/A GINGER R. BROKER; SPOUSE OF GINGER R. STROMAN, IF ANY; CITY OF SIOUX CITY, IOWA; AND PARTIES IN POSSESSION, IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on DECEMBER 27 2022.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:    LOT ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE (145) OF PLEASANT VIEW ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY, IOWA IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA.

COMMON ADDRESS:  2923 REBECCA ST SIOUX CITY, IOWA

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MAY 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
