As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on DECEMBER 2 2022 in favor of U.S. Bank National Association as Successor by Merger of U.S. Bank National Association ND  and against UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DONALD OSTER; CREDITORS OF DONALD K. OSTER; STATE OF IOWA, BY AND THROUGH THE IOWASEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, AN AGENCY OF THE UNTIED STATES OF AMERICA; ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN CLAIMINGANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST AND ALL OF THEIR HEIRS, SPOUSES, ASSIGNS, GRANTEES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES AND ALL THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS; AND PARTIES IN POSSESSION  IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on DECEMBER 6 2022.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MAY 16 , 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
