As a result of the judgment rendered in the above-referenced case on DECEMBER 22 2022 in favor of PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC. and against JOSE ADALVERTO HINOJOSA MENDOZA; SPOUSE OF JOSE ADALVERTO HINOJOSA MENDOZA; AND PARTIES IN POSSESSION, IN REM an execution was issued by the court to the Sheriff of this county on JANUARY 25 2023.  The execution ordered the sale of defendant(s) REAL PROPERTY to satisfy the judgment.  The property to be sold is:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:    LOTS FIVE (5), SIX (6), AND THE SOUTH TEN FEET (S10') OF LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK TWENTY-SEVEN (27), RIVERVIEW ADDITION TO SIOUX CITY, IOWA, SECOND FILING, IN THE COUNTY OF WOODBURY AND STATE OF IOWA TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENT RIGHTS PRESENTLYEXISTING OR LATER ARISING.

The described property will be offered for sale at public auction for cash only on MARCH 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Woodbury County Courthouse, Sioux City, Iowa.
