Legal Description: Lots 5 and 6 in Block 14, the Rail Road Addition to Correctionville, Woodbury County, Iowa and also that part of vacated portion of Iowa Street described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 5, thence running North 10 feet; thence West 50 feet more or less to a point North of and opposite of the Northwest corner of said Lot 6, thence South 10 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 6, thence East on the North line of said lots to the place of beginning, and also that part of the alley lying between Lots 6 and 7 in said Block 14 described as follows: The E ½ of the North 100 feet of the alley lying between said Lots 6 and 7 and the 10 feet of land lying directly North of said portion of the alley and ending on the North end of Iowa Street as now laid out and used.
