May 3, 2010 — SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

The Board of Supervisors met on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Board members present were Boykin, Clausen, Monson, Smith, and Walish.  Staff members present were Karen James, Board Administrative Coordinator, Dennis Butler, County Auditor’s Office and Pat Gill, Clerk to the Board.

Others present representing the County Treasurer’s Office were Bob Knowler, Mike Clayton and Dianne McCall and representing the County Auditor and Recorder Office were Diane Peterson, Jean Jessen and Vicki Ritz.

Meeting was called to order.

A presentation was given by Dennis Butler on Auditor and Recorder Office department structure.

The Auditor and Recorder Office presented their long term goals.

The Board discussed the needs and concerns of the Auditor and Recorder Office.

A presentation was given by Dennis Butler on the Treasurer Office department structure.

The Board discussed the needs and concerns of the Treasurer Office.
