Ordinance No. 77: Amendment to Woodbury County Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance Amendment link)

Utility-Scale Solar Energy Systems conditional use permit applications may be considered in the General Industrial (GI) Zoning Districts following the criteria as provided in Section 5.08 of the Woodbury County Zoning Ordinance.  The GI Zoning District is located within the purple region as illustrated on the map below:
