Ben Kusler retires

Ben Kusler, long time assistant engineer, has retired from the county effective December 31, 2023.   Ben started work with Woodbury County June 3, 1996.   Over the past 27 years, he has been the lead engineer on every road and bridge construction project.   Ben was active with the Hungry Canyons Alliance and his efforts brought millions of dollars in successful grant applications for Woodbury County stream grade control structures.    Ben will be missed by the Secondary Road Department and we wish him well in retirement.
